We provide a supportive and non-judgmental environment where you can openly explore your thoughts and emotions through ART and other Supporting Services. We specialize in areas such as social skills, Relationships and communication, Conversation and turn-taking, Understanding Social Cues & Body Language, Handling Conflict and Boundaries, Conversation & Turn-Taking, Teamwork and collaboration, and Social Conflict & Self-Expression. Our main focus remains on stress management, trauma recovery, and relationship dynamics. I employ evidence-based therapies—including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Art Therapy- to tailor our sessions to your unique needs. Together, we’ll focus on building resilience, developing healthy coping strategies to enhance quality of life and wellbeing.

Having master’s degrees in art therapy, we provide professional Art therapy services to our clients. `
